Advice on upgrading Nexux 5548's running 6.0(2)N2(3) to 7.1(5)N1(1)

We 2 Nexus 5548's currently running 6.0(2)N2(3) and we want to upgrade them to 7.1(5)N1(1)

Do we need to go through this path:  6.0(2)N2(3) >> 7.0(4)N1(1) >>  7.1(5)N1(1)?

yes you need to follow the upgrade path to go to final version.
