C220 M3 Matrox G200E Code 43 in Windows Server 2016

It seems like I had found a fix for the issue I am having, but now I have lost the page. I've got a C220 M3 with the Matrox G200E, and I am getting a code 43 on the driver for it in Windows Server 2016. It seems like I had read that there was a BIOS setting, or some CLI command I could run to fix it and allow greater resolution.

Anyone have this issue?

No, still having the same issue. I had found a link at one point about changing a BIOS setting, I need to find that again.

Better late than never, I guess. The Lenovo drivers work with W2016 and have 1920x1080 resolution out of the box. Tested with a bunch of Fujitsu servers and driver v4.03.04.003

The November driver release for UCS also fully supported server 2016 with no errors in device manager.
