The N7K-F132XP-15 module doesn't have a concept of dedicated/shared mode ports as there is no port-ASIC level oversubscription. You get 32x 10Gb ports per module with a 230Gb/s fabric connection, depending on your topology and traffic flow not all ports can run at line-rate. Keep in mind that linecards with the F1 forwarding engine are designed for Layer 2 connectivity, routed traffic has an overhead from needing to pass an M1 forwarding engine in the chassis.
