CAT5 Console Cable

I'm trying to utilize a CAT5 (568B Pinout) to connect a PC (serial port) to a 7204 (console port). We do not have any blank RJ45 ends to re-terminate the cable, so I'd like info on the DB9 pinout to facilitate this please.
