Cisco CSM & SSL off-loading with the SCA

I have some qtns in relation to the following url:

I want to be clear on the 'Packet Flow' and points of port translation from client->csm->sca->csm->server & client->csm->server during a clear data session, and encrypted session.

Any help would be appreciated.
