Cisco Nexus 5000 supports vPC?

Is only Cisco Nexus 7000 supports vPC by itself or Cisco Nexus 5000 supports vPC as well?

If I connect Cisco UCS 6120 FI to pair of Nexus 5000 by 4-8 TenGig links - it will be vPC data channel?

Both Nexus 5000 and 7000 support vPC. You must create a vPC domain and vPC, take a look at these.

Nexus 5000 supports vPC with the current code.

For the UCS 6100 series Fabric Interconnect you can do port channel for both End Host Mode or Switch Mode.
