Error message basically mean , your NMS server is unable to get the Data or poll the information from Nexus switch.

Check and ensure the below things#

1. SNMP credentials are same on both switch and NMS server, check the ACL as well.

2. If using SNMPv3 ,ensure snmp user ,auth and priv is configured properly

3. Try to do a simple SNMP polling and see if it work ( example : SNMP WALK)

4. You can also try to created a new SNMP community and test the snmp polling
