Does any one have a rule of thumb for Citrix Bandwidth calculation per host for planning issues.

Hi there tim,
We used the following :
#workstations * 1,3 * 20 = the amount of bandwith needed for out remote location
But the 1,3 is a 100% concurency and an inefficiency of 30% of the WAN.
this is a quite high !!! so you have to find out how "good/efficient" your network is and the concurrency factor on your remote locations.
We also found out that an powerfuse shell (www.powerfuse.com) adds another 10 Kbit to your session bandwith instead of the normal explorer shell.
so you also have to look at which shell you are going to use and the effect it has on the bandwith needed.
