I don't know transparent bridging very well....but I try to explain better my issue

I want to transport ethernet frame on a routed network so that the destination

can recognize the client by MAC address, is it possible with transparent bridging???

I don't think. If you want to bridge traffic, transparent bridging has to be enable on all the hops in the routed network. Can you do that?

Also, what kind of traffic do you want to bridge? (e.g. SNA, IPX, IP, DECNET, or NETBIOS?)
