HI
I need to configure a 7505/4 to receive TCP/IP connections on behalf on the m/f. We will have a cip2 connected to the esconn channel on the m/f. Has any body got any good weblinks showing good practice design and configuration for this. I am looking for good design guides at the moments without success.
TIA

Hi Karl,
There's quite a bit of information on Cisco.com. This is the full design guide -
Since you're looking for TCP/IP specifically, I suggest you consider using the "packed" CLAW protocol. It provides good performance characteristics for most types of IP traffic, but does require a fairly recent m/f operating system. Updated information on configuring for "packed" can be found here -

and in the standard documentation here -
