N1010 Will Not Power up, stuck in power save mode ?

Installing new 1010 pair on customer site and one of them will not power up.  From time to time it will but then goes back into what doc says is power save mode where the green lights are flashing on the power supplies.   when this happens it takes an hour or so until the front panel LED illuminates to press it allowing it to boot up. 

   How do I disable this power saving mode ??  Is this normal ??  each time we have got it online before we return to cubicles it is offline and cannot get into it.  I wanted to try via the CIMC to disable but the CIMC is not reachable when in power save mode which I think this 1010 is stuck in now.

  Please help if you know away we can force out of it and power the box up NOW and disable it.

I would open a TAC case. The box should not be going into power save mode at all. Something might be wrong with the box.  As long as there is power applied to the server you should always have access to the CIMC.

How many power supplies do you have? I'm wondering if you have a bad PS.
