Nexus 5K multicast configuration assistance

We are running multicast on one of the VLANs and I have a need to take this multicast stream and forward it (multicast it) to another VLAN on the same nexus.

I need configuration guidance on that. I understand that I need to configure PIM somehow for that.

Please assist.

Is the routing support for Nexus 5K starts from Nexus 55xx series or it is also supported on Nexus 5010?

I read some older posts(4 yr old) suggesting that routing is not supported on Nexus 5010. Has this behavior changed?

Ali ,

Sorry I had overlooked your query.

Nexus 5010 is the first generation 5K and they are layer-2 only. There is no L3 daughter card for that chassis and hence no routing support.
