I have one Nexus 7K switch in that Module N7K-F248XP-25 showing powerdown. Please find the details for below:-

You should contact TAC. This looks like hardware issue to me.

Make sure you have module 4 is in same VDC as module 3 or in its own dedicated F2 only VDC.

If so you can collect show tech module 4 and open a case.

I don't think that is a configuration issue. This is definitely hardware related.

Did you ever find a fix for this or did Cisco RMA it? I've having the same issue with an F2E card.

I am having this same issue. Except it looks like there is an ASIC failure.
