Hi!
I have 1 router (CISCO 2501) with 73 connections configured on it. They are 73 "X25 MAP QLLC...".
Each connection has a VMAC address to configure in the server (Microsoft SNA Server).
Example:
X25 MAP QLLC 4000.3500.0001 999910004107101
X25 MAP QLLC 4000.3500.0002 999910004107102
...
X25 MAP QLLC 4000.3500.0073 999910004107173 (last)
In each SNA server I have the XID (ID num and Id block by VTAM) and the VMAC (by Router).
My problem is that the connections are going to down frequently.
Sometimes I have 30 connections up and sometimes 20 or less.
Sometimes all the connections goes down.
The total of Virtual circuits are 500 in the router!!!
The question is:
My router (CISCO 2501) support a lot of "X25 map QLLC" connections?
I have tried to put 2 routers with 36 connections for each.
When the connection goes up 30 activated, the router begins the problems.
Please, help me
Thanks

Hi,
i take a guess.
You are saying that you use a cisco2501 router.
How much free memory do you have after around 30 connections are up and running?
thanks...

Hi Matthias,
The memory is OK. No problem.
I checked them. Between 80 and 90% free.
