single n5k connected to dual N7k VDC

If i have a single N5K  can I connect it to 2 different VDCs within a single N7K?

Yes, this is technically supported. It is important to note that it is still necessary to have a separate vPC peer-link and vPC Peer-Keepalive Link infrastructure for each VDC deployed.
