Are you able to access the storage at server level? Check the status of Targets at storage side(Emc). If targets are healthy at storage side then shut and no shut..

Then edit the zones and manually add target in front off PWWn.

In case, if System is in production first work on first fc1/9 and fix it. Check speed and administrative/operation status.

share the out put of the following command

no * means that this pwwn didn't do a flogi ? maybe this is a typo ?

Are you using alias (device or fc) ?

thank you for your help.

I cleared the zone and zoneset then reload the MDS switch.I created the zone and zoneset again.

now it works fine.
