Hi all,
I have a problem in SNMP configuration on routers 2500, 2600 and 3600 series using IOS version 12.1(20).
The SNMP management are performed using loopback interface, but the router don´t reply to SNMP request (udp 161) using the loopback source interface.
I use the command snmp-server trap-source loopback 0, but it´s work only to SNMP trap (udp 162).
Can anybody help me ?
Tks.

Hmm... This works for me, How have you determined that this is not working right? Have you looked into upgrading your IOS further? Have you enabled SNMP debugging?

We have a similar problem, did you find a solution?
We try to snmp get through a ipsec tunnel to the inside interface of a router. The router send an answer from the outside interface and this doesn't get back through the IPSEC tunnel.
Thanks.
