What's the meaning of those three letters SVS ?
I have search a lot on internet and on cisco site. I find no answer, not even a clue , Please help!

There are already a lot of similar acronyms in use like VSS, VPC ... so i find it really helpful to know for what every acronym stands for. Cisco should write down at the end of every document for what every used acronym in it stands.
(I could already saw this in some presentations from Cisco)

SVS actually stands for "Server Virtualization Switch".
There is reference to this name in the earlier Nexus 1000v configuration guides. Example:

I did a quick search and couldn't find anything. I can make an educated guess. The internal code name for Nexus 1000V was "swordfish". Most likely it stands for "Swordfish Virtual Service".
Like I said this is a guess.
