I purchased several brand servers Cisco C200 M2 Model USC and need to know what date were assembled and if possible to know on what date were sent to my provider.

Your answer lies in the serial number(s). Here's how it goes:
ABC - Factory code
NN - Year of manufacture
NN - Week of manufacture
The year of manufacture is based on the year 1996.
So if your number is 16 then you add this to 1996 and you'll get the year of manufacture of 2012.

It is little tricky for year of manufacture code. For UCS, we need to subtract 4 from YY value.
