UCS and VMWare VCenter

Recently a client purchased 3 UCS C220 M4S with two Xeon E5 2650v3 processors installed. These are 10-core processors. VCenter shows the server as having 4 processors with 5 cores each. My client is concerned about licensing issues with VCenter. Is there a way to change in bios or any other way to make the processors show as 2 processors with 10 cores each? Thank you.

Go into the BIOS settings of the M4 Server and manually disable COD (Cluster on Die) in the Advanced Tab.
