UCS Firmware Upgrade - zero downtime - non disruptive upgrade

How could I upgrade a UCS environment consists of 

5 x blades B200 M4

3 x HyperFlex HX220c m4

2 x FI 6296 UP

without any down time (zero downtime) and non disruptive production while I have available resource (2 servers)

Although it could be non disruptive, you have to

1) do it only in a Maintenance / service window

2) open a preventive TAC case, post the "show tech" and ask if there are any caveats
