UCS SEL Log - CIMC Processor CATAERR_N

Hi, guys.

 

I checked SEL on the B200 server as follows.And the server got Hang.

Do you know why?

Could be  a bad DIMM, CPU, firmware issue, issue with proc power management (c states), 

Really need a TAC case for that.

Would start by downloading and mounting the diag ISO from https://software.cisco.com/download/home/283853163/type/286123307/release/2.0(1a) 

Let it run through the comprehensive tests, and see if it calls out processor, DIMMs, etc

I analyzed the log by doing TAC CASE OPEN, but TAC's opinion speculated that OS driver was an issue.

However, the customer has no problem with the service and the alarm continues to occur, but they do not want to install the driver for uncertain reasons, so they are currently monitoring it.
