Upgrade DCNM from v5.1.3u to v5.2.1

Hi All,

I need to update a server from DCNM v5.1.3u to v5.2.1.

Is what to uninstall the old version, or you simply do an update?

My problem is that when you uninstall, you lose the database and must be re-discovery of all equipment.

Hi ,

You dont need to uninstall the DCNM server i believe,  just follow the steps in the upgrade guide.
