Vem missing

Hi friends,

I have a pair of Nexus 1000V version 5.2(1)SV3(2.8)

connection vcenter:
    protocol: vmware-vim https
    datacenter name: Cisco-vPOD
    dvs version: 5.0.0
    config status: Enabled
    operational status: Connected
    sync status: Complete
    version: VMware vCenter Server 6.0.0 build-4541948
    vc-uuid: 24d5ffd9-3be6-490d-9a88-7b0dc2cbc63d
    ssl-cert: self-signed or not authenticated

But im unable to see VEM module

But im unable to see the virtual ethernet module. The domain is 1, Control Vlan is 2000

Hi -

Do you have a VMkernel port on the VEM that can reach the VSM? (Must be in either VLAN 1 or 2000)

Hi Luis

as may you know, in nexus 1000v , if your deployment mode is L2, then VEM must be in same vlan of Control Link , but in L3 mode, if Control Link can ping VEM, then VEM module comes Online.
