VIC card connectivity in UCS rack mount server to storage MDS switch

Hi,

In order to connect VIC card installed in standalone server to storage MDS switch what configuration changes need to be done?

VHBA defined at server end is not visible at boot up.

On the UCS server make sure the PCI-E slot the VIC card is in, has the option Rom enabled, or the vhbas will not be presented during post/boot.
