what is the difference between ip and ip plus IOS images? Is there a feature matrix on the Cisco web for this?

We are evaluating what IOS image will suite us best in the future? What are the differences between IP and IP Plus?

I have not been able to find any documentation or matrix discussing the feature available in IP, IP PLus, etc..
