which cisco router should i choose ?

Dear all,

what is the recommened cisco router that i should use on this scenario ?

i have apply a 4 MB line for my local ISP, there are around 3000 -- 5000 users,

but they are not access to the Internet at the same time, almost 50 --70% of them are connecting to Internet on the office hours.

someone proposed cisco 2650 , will it be suitable for this case ?

Is this DSL, Cable, multiple T1s, fractional T3? If DSL or Cable, what is the connection to the LAN? If multiple T1s, how are you bonding them, multilink PPP, some sort of load balancing, etc.? Are they taking a BGP feed, and if so will they be taking the entire routing table or just a default route? 2000 - 3500 users at a time is a lot for a 4 MB line, how heavily will they use it?
