403 Forbidden using Device API

Looks like a lot of other people have had this issue.

I'm able to generate a token, but attempting to use it when hitting the Device API results in a 403 Forbidden.

I also specified the scope to use the api (spark:devices_read scope / spark:devices_write / spark-admin:devices_read / spark-admin:devices_write)

What is the solution?

I have the same issue with Cisco API support. "https://api.cisco.com/bug/v2.0/bugs/bug_ids/CSCdr72939"

I can get my token but when I pass it through HTTP Authorization Header  it returns  ERR_403_NOT_AUTHORIZED
