Cisco CUCM 11.5 Tapi Call Recording with Csico Media driver

I am new with Cisco Tapi development, kindly I need to help to start the

Recording solution with CTI with Tapi Media Driver.

Where the API library file can I download and is library files available for .NET

or only c++ only. Also, need to know how's is this recording solution scenario working.
