I would very grateful if anyone could suggest a valid Product ID for the Cisco IOS XRv 9000 Router.
When we call the Automated Software Distribution API with PID & Current release it tells us that the Product ID is invalid.
We have tried:-
S-XRV9000-RTU-1Y
S-XRV9000-RTU-1Y=
S-XRV9000-RTU
S-XRV9000-RTU=
R-IOSXRV-SUBSCRIP
S-XRV-B-SUB
I have asked our DA but he said put the question to the community. We don't have access to the kit but need to download patches for our customer.
Thanks,
Simon

Just tested the PID's, the ASR-XRV9000-APLN was not recognised as a Valid PID. The XRV9000-APLN-ROUT worked, just checking the filenames are in line with the Email Notifications. Sadly not quite. We were hoping to see these files from our Email Notifications:-
xrv9k-6.5.3.CSCvp83001.tar |
xrv9k-6.2.3.CSCvp49076.tar |
xrv9k-6.5.3.CSCvq45118.tar |
xrv9k-sysadmin-6.5.3.CSCvq24122.tar |
xrv9k-6.5.3.CSCvr43776.tar |
I used the 'Above' and 'Latest' Filters + Software Suggestion Releases in the Automated S/W Distribution API.
On the plus side we have a new working PID & these two files xrv9k-6.6.2.CSCvp19902.tar & xrv9k-6.6.2.CSCvq82324.tar were good.
Sorry to be a pain.
Please below.
Thanks

Hello,
from the documentation i see that:
- for releases up to 6.6.1 you can use this PID: ASR-XRV9000-APLN
- from 6.6.2 above the appliance PID should be: XRV9000-APLN-ROUT
These are pids supported under UCS server model (UCS C220).
However, i didn't tried out on different servers/hardware but you can give anyway a try.
Regards.
