Hello Community,
Is there any way to retrieve device information from CX Cloud via API?
I'm specifically looking for details such as hostname, end of sale, end of support, model, IP address, and similar data.
If that's not possible through CX Cloud, does anyone know if this can still be done through SNTC?
Also, is there any official word on whether SNTC is being deprecated?
Thanks in advance!

The CX Cloud APIs are not available yet, but are coming soon. Stay tuned. They have been built to closely mirror the SNTC Portal APIs to make the transition simpler for customers.

hello there. Yes, u can retrieve device details like hostname, EoS/EoL, model, and IP via API. For CX Cloud, Cisco provides APIs (documented on the Cisco Developer Network) that support these queries using OAuth2 authentication.
While SNTC APIs still work for similar data, Cisco is gradually shifting focus to CX Cloud. There’s no official deprecation yet, but new projects should prefer CX Cloud for long-term compatibility. and if u need more help, let me know...
hope it helps G.
