I have posted about this before (https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11995721/rv320-custom-services-management-buggy), but it has gotten even worse now, to the point where I cannot manage the service list at all.
Attempting to save after deleting, modifying or adding service, shows the message "Critical failure. Please contact support" *very* briefly, before the window closes (how helpful!).
I currently have 37 entries in the table. Several of these are duplicates, due to the problems mentioned in my previous thread. But I'm not able to clean up or make any other modifications.
When I started the previously mentioned thread a year ago, I was on FW version 1.1.0.09. Now I'm on 1.1.1.06.
As you can see in the responses in the other thread, several people are reporting the same issue, but there hasn't been a firmware upgrade in almost a year.
When can we have this fixed, please? Or have you completely abandoned the RV-series?

Hello,
This issue has been fixed and will be available in our upcoming firmware version. If you would like to verify the fix, please contact our Support Team and open a Service Request. One of our Support Engineers will be happy to work with you and provide you the Beta version of the firmware for testing.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
To be honest, I feel I've done enough beta testing with this firewall as it is (I have other issues with VPN and routing, which I'm working on documenting, and starting new threads about).
I'd much rather have the finished firmware, after it passes QA.
What is the expected release date?
Thanks.

I've also got the RV325 for a client but it's been a real pain. We got a replacement which is simply dropping WAN1 outgoing packets not to mention numerous of UI bugs. I also can't believe latest firmware release is from Dec 2013 as this router/fw should have never passed QA as it's not ready for production. I'm going to try to troubleshoot the device with CISCO small business support and if not fixed we'll be returning both to Amazon / stick with the old Netgear ProSafe FVS318G (also buggy but connection is quite robust and packets don't drop). The customer is on a 17Mbps/6Mpbs business line with BT OpenReach (Huawei EchoLife HG612 3B VDSL/FTTC Fibre Modem). Netgear is showing on average 15-16Mbps/6Mbps whereas RV325 either 2Mbps or 36Mbps! It always fails on upload test (speedtest.net). I thought Cisco had a reputation from solid networking devices but now see that it's equal to any other cheaper manufacturer so why pay extra??
There another thread about slow connection problems here https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12360006/rv325-extremely-slow-internet-connection#comment-10112936

Nagaraja, what is the ETA for the new firmware release?

Cisco - It's been a year since this firmware was updated. Do we have an ETA for release of this firmware?
Thanks!

I asked support the same thing yesterday as they wanted to close my case, apparently it was supposed to have been released on Monday, 22nd December, but still doesn't show up on the RV320 firmware download page. The support engineer dealing with my case was going to look into it but I haven't had another reply yet.

Hi, what is the timeframe for this new firmware? I've just got a new RV320 and hit this issue, it's a show stopper for us as we cannot put the router live without adding more service entries due to our firewall requirements.
Will this new firmware also fix the outstanding SSL VPN issues with Windows 7 64-bit?

"Will this new firmware also fix the outstanding SSL VPN issues with Windows 7 64-bit?"
Why it's not considered absolutely mandatory to support 64-bit Windows in this day and age, is absolutely beyond me.
After being disappointed by the couple of firmware releases since I bought the FW, I've completely given up on that to be honest, though it was one of the selling points
