Does RV325 Content Filtering Block HTTPS?

I'm getting conflicting information on whether the RV325's content filtering feature will be able to filter HTTPS sites. In one of the older thread, a Cisco employee replied that it's possible to filter HTTPS.

But I haven't found any other info on how to do this. If I want to block an entire domain that's on HTTPS (ie. Facebook.com), can the RV325 do it?

Thanks.

Edit: I also found this page where it shows HTTPS filter checkbox shown in the video. Will enabling that allow me to filter HTTPS websites (like facebook.com)?

Hi,

There are some specific RV325 Router models (RV325-WB-K9-NA & RV325-WB-K9-G5) released for ‘Web Filtering’ purpose to block the HTTPS traffic as well, you can get more details on the data sheet…

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/routers/rv325-dual-gigabit-wan-vpn-router-wf/datasheet-c78-737461.html

You may refer the release notes regarding the firmware versions…

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/routers/csbr/rv320/release_notes/rv32x_relnote_v1_3_2_02.pdf

It is possible to block the HTTPS domain (i.e facebook.com) using the ‘Web Filtering’ >> ‘Categories’ >> 'Lifestyle/Culture'  >> 'Social Network' category' need to select for the same.
