192.168.1.1 is a common factory IP address for a home router.
If the router is used for connecting to the Internet then it will use this address as their default gateway.
Launch a web browser like google chrome,Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer from a computer or mobile.
Type 192.168.1.1 into your web browser address bar.
key point:- Some time web browsers having issues with the IP address.It may not allow you to access it. If it happens then read for full help access 192.168.1.1
The router login window ask you for username and password.
username is admin and password is password.If you have forget password then you have to recover your router by resetting this.
Resetting process:-
Keep the router powered on, search for the reset button that is available on the back of your router.
use some small and pointed like a paperclip, hold down the Reset button for 30 seconds.
Release the Reset button and wait 30 seconds for the router to fully reset and power back on.
click login button.
