Objective
All devices have built-in setup pages that allow the user to customize the settings and set up advanced properties in their devices. This document shows how to access setup page of SPA devices.
Applicable Devices
This document is applicable to the SPA2102, SPA3102 and SPA9000.
Steps for accessing the setup page of SPA devices.
Please note that even though the steps listed in this article are applicable for all SPA devices, the device used in this article is SPA3102.
Before accessing the SPA3102's set up page, make sure the router is powered on and the computer is wired to the LAN port of the SPA3102.
Accessing the setup page of SPA3102
1. Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer.
2. Go to the Address bar and enter your SPA's IP Address ('192.168.0.1' is the default IP of SPA3102) then press [Enter].
Note: If the IP address of the SPA3102 has been changed, type the gateway's IP address in the Address bar instead.
By default, the SPA3102's admin-advanced page will not require the user to enter a password. Depending on where the user purchased the SPA3102, the person/company that configured the unit might have put a password on it. Whether the user bought it used or purchased it from a service provider, they are the ones that have the password to the unit.
