Authorized Agents are other users that you allow to view, edit and delete on the Cisco OnPlus Portal content. This document describes how to invite, approve and manage Authorized Agents associated with the Cisco OnPlus Partner Account.

Step-by-Step Procedure
Invite Agents:
Step 1. Using Switch Configuration Utility, click Agents > Agent Overview from the navigation bar at the top of the Overview page.
Agents can be invited using the following methods:
• Send an email Invite — Click Agents > Invite Agent. Enter one or more email addresses separated with commas, edit the message if needed, and click Send Invite.
• Copy and paste the unique Cisco OnPlus Sign up URL into an IM window or email. — Click Agents > Agent Overview. Copy paste the unique Cisco OnPlus Portal Sign Up URL into an email or IM chat window and send to the Agent.
Approving or Rejecting Pending Agent Requests:
Step 1. From the Overview page, click Agents > Pending Agents.
Step 2. Locate an agent from the list and click the arrow icon to show the Approve or Reject options.
Step 3. Click Approve or Reject.
Delete an Agent:
Step 1. From the Overview page, click Agents > Approved Agents or Agents > Rejected Agents.
Step 2. Locate the agent to be deleted and click the arrow to show delete option.
