Cisco IP Phones have been carefully developed to give you the best experience when using the device. With added lines and softkey functions, a user will now be able to cater to more calls and increase productivity. Communication has been made more collaborative with options such as “Meet Me” and colored LED line functions expand the ways of communicating – amber meaning a user must not be disturbed, or a flashing green indicating that a user has been put on hold.
This article will show you the most common tasks, icons and buttons on your Cisco IP Phone 7800 Series and Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series.
