Configuration of DDNS Setting with TZO.com on SRP520 Series

Objective

This document explains how to use the Dynamic DNS (DDNS) page to specify an Internet service that allows routers with non-static public IP addresses to be located by using Internet domain names. To use DDNS, you must setup an account with a DDNS provider such as DynDNS.com (Configuration of Dynamic Domain Name System (DDNS) Settings with DynDNS.org on SRP521W and SRP527W Services Ready Platforms) or TZO.com.

How To Configure DDNS Setting with TZO.com

Step 1. Use the Service Ready Platform Configuration Utility to choose Network Setup > DDNS. The DDNS window opens:

Step 2. Choose TZO.com from the DDNS Service menu.

Step 3. Enter the email address for your TZO.com on the E-mail Address field.

Step 4. Enter the key for your TZO account on the TZO key field.

Step 5. Enter the host name on the Domain Name field.

Note: Status and Internet IP addresses are displayed at the bottom of the page.

Step 6. Click Update to manually trigger an update.

Step 7. Click Submit to save your settings.
