Configuration of Selective Call Forward on the PAP2T and SPA3102 Phone Adapters

Objective

Selective call forwarding is used to redirect selected calls to specific destination numbers if a call is not answered. The forwarding settings are based on the specifications provided by the host.

The objective of this document is to show you how to configure selective call forward settings on PAP2T and SPA3102 phone adapters.

• PAP2T Phone Adapter

• SPA3102

Configuration of Selective Call Forward Settings

Step 1. In to the web configuration utility, go to Voice > User > Selective Call Forward Settings.

 

Step 2. In the Cfwd Sel1 Caller field, enter the telephone number of the caller that you wish to redirect (or forward).

Step 3. In the Cfwd Sel1 Dest field, enter the forwarding destination telephone number.  The call will be redirected to this number if the selected caller's call is not answered. 

Step 4. (Optional) Repeat Step 2-3 for the remaining Cfwd Sel Caller fields and Cfwd Sel Dest fields.

Step 5. In the Cfwd Last Caller field, enter the last telephone number of the caller that you wish to redirect (or forward).

Step 6. In the Cfwd Last Dest field, enter the last destination telephone number that Cfwd Last Caller will be redirected to.

Step 7. In the Block Last Caller field, enter the last telephone number that you wish to block and not be auto-answered.

Step 8. In the Accept Last Caller field, enter the last telephone number that you wish to accept and be auto-answered.

Step 9. Click Save Settings to save the settings or click Cancel Settings to discard the settings.
