Facility Service Configuration on C20 TelePresence System
Objectives
Facility Service is similar to the speed dial service or the number used for emergency or for frequently called numbers can be configured. For example- front desk, help desk, IT service, taxi service, etc. This article explains how to configure the facility service on the C20 TelePresence system.
Note: When the facility service is used the current call is kept on hold. There are 5 service that can be configured similar to the explained ones below.

Configure Facility Service with Web Configuration Utility
Step 1. Log in to the web configuration utility, choose Configuration > Advanced Configuration > Facility Service. The Facility Service page opens:
Step 2. Choose the call type from the CallType drop down list.
• Video — To make a Video call.
• Audio — To make an Audio call.
Step 3. Enter the name of the service in the Name field.
Step 4. Click Ok.
Step 5. Enter the extension number in the Number field.
Step 6. Click Ok.
Step 7. Choose the facility service type from the Type drop-down list.
Configure Facility Service on the Device
Step 1. Use the soft keys to choose Settings > Advanced Settings > Advanced Configuration.The Advanced Configuration page opens :
Step 2. Choose FaciltityService > Service > CallType and choose the desired option from the sub-menu.
• Video — To make a video call.
• Audio — To make an audio call.
Step 3. Choose FaciltityService > Service > Name and enter the desired name of the service.
Step 4. Choose FaciltityService > Service > Number and enter the desired extension number of the service.
Step 5. Choose FaciltityService > Service > Type and choose the service type from the sub-menu.
