Objective
This article explains how to download and enter the holiday information in a .csv file. It also explains how to import a list of holidays from a .csv file that has already been prepared. A CSV file is used for storing data in a tabular form. A CSV file can have a list of users, groups, and domains.

Holiday Information in CSV File
Download and Enter Information in CSV File
Step 1. Log in to the web configuration utility and choose Configuration > Telephony > Day/Night Features to open up the Day/Night Features page.
Step 2. Holidays can be added and dates can be specified on this page, when business will be closed all day.
Note: This section is available only if the Automatic Schedule option is checked.
Step 3. Click the Download icon to save a CSV file to use as a template. If holidays have already been added, the file includes all holiday records otherwise file contains sample record only. Holidays.csv file can be opened in a simple text-editing program such as Notepad or a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel.
Step 4. In order to enter the holiday information in a CSV file, downloaded template can be used or a new CSV file can be created. Edit in a text-editing program such as Notepad or a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel.
Note: If working from a template, delete the sample record before saving your file and then save the file in CSV format.
Import Holidays
Step 1. Click the Import icon to import a list of holidays from a CSV file that has already been prepared.
Step 2. Choose the file, and then click Open. Errors appear if any required values are missing and the imported records appear on the screen.
