When your company's Cisco WebEx Telepresence administrative contact assigns you a Cisco Jabber Video subscription, you receive a notification email. To download and install Jabber Video, do the following:
 | If you want to install Jabber Video but already have a different version of the application on your computer, you need to uninstall the previous version before you install the new one. See Jabber Video: Uninstall the Cisco Jabber Video application. |
- Click the link in the email to download the application.
- After the download process has finished, follow the onscreen instructions to install the application.
- During installation, you create a Jabber Video account by entering account information and clicking Sign up. Note the following:
- Your account password must contain at least eight characters, including at least one number.
- You create a video address that other WebEx Telepresence devices, Jabber Video users, and other video devices can use to call you.
Be sure to write down your video address or account email address, and your account password. You need them to sign in to the Jabber Video application. - You must check the I agree to the Terms of Service box to use Jabber Video.
