Objective
Firmware upgrade fix bugs or add security measures to the device. There are two ways to upgrade the firmware on UC320W. The device can update itself to the latest firmware via a WAN port interface or you can manually download the file and upgrade it. The objective of this document is to guide you on how to upgrade the firmware manually from a pc on the UC320W devices.

Upgrade Firmware
Step 1. At the UC320W Configuration Utility, choose Status > Devices. The Devices page opens.
Step 2. Click on the Upgrade from your PC button to upgrade the firmware from a file on your PC.
Step 3. Click Browse to browse the firmware file from your PC to which you want to upgrade.
Step 4. Browse to the file location in the local computer and click Open to select.
Step 5. Click Upgrade to start upgrading.
Note : The Upgrade button appears to be grayed out. However it will function when you click it.
The device functions are interrupted for a moment and it will be restarted after upgrade.
