Welcome to the Cisco Smart Business Communcations Systems 1.3 Beta Site
This wiki has the most current information for partners participating in the SBCS 1.3 beta, as well as links to download the latest SBCS software and documentation. As this is a community based support site, we welcome your active participation and contributions.
We hope that the first batch of applicants have received their SR500 units. Due to limited supply, the SR500's were shipped out on a first-come, first serve basis. We hope to ship additional beta units as they become available from manufacturing. We also expect to ship the new CP-52xSG phones as they become available from the factory.

The following software and documents have been posted for download.
- Cisco-config-assistant-win-k9-1.8.0.11-en.exe - The Windows installer for CCA 1.8 Beta build 11
- UC520-4.2.9.zip - UC500 software pack to be used with CCA 1.8
- sr520-advipservicesk9-mz.124-20.T.bin - IOS software for SR500
- uc500_sr500_setup_guide_v01.pdf - Step-by-step guide to setup UC500 with the SR500
- CCA1_8_Testplan.pdf - Detailed test plan for CCA 1.8
SBCS beta software and documents are available for download from the SBCS beta download site
Please use your CCO username and password to access the download page. Your CCO account will need to be registered with the SBCS 1.3 Beta Program to gain access to this site. Please download all the files listed above and follow the UC500 & SR500 step-by-step setup guide to get your test network up and running. You may then proceed with testing items in the CCA 1.8 test plan.
