SBCS Voice Mail Options
Using a SPA525G WiFi phone connected via SBCS with Mobility Express, this reference document shows how Voice Mail can be managed using three methods available to most IP Phones in the product portfolio:
- VVE (Voice View Express)
- IMAP Integration
- Normal Phone voice mail access (local and remote)
To demonstrate these capabilities, I used the default mailbox size of a UC520 user running 7.0.2 bundle zip (775 seconds total with a 240 second individual voice mail max).
I filled the mailbox up and observed each of the above EMAIL administration techniques, and then managed the voice mail back to almost empty.
Starting: 11 New Messages, 2 of which marked urgent, 4 messages saved and read.
