SPA525G Phone Load Version 7-1-9 Replacement for Corrupted Version

you are running SPA525G Wireless desktop phones in your UC520 environment, you may want to confirm what load thay are actually running (manually via the phone GUI, or on CLI 'show ephone phone-load').

I had noticed that my 525G was running 7-1-7 and when the phone was rebooted, it would attempt to upgrade to 7-1-9, but it would fail and stay on 7-1-7 so I investigated.

We have determined that the UC520 7.0.3 bundle zip version contains a corrupted SPA525G phone load version 7.1.9.  It is not clear if that bundle always had the corrupted phone load, so the easiest thing to do to check if you are impacted is check your file size and check your SPA525 running version

If your phone load is this size, it is probably corrupted and not running on your phone:

Replace your 7-1-9 phone load with the proper working phone load (I attached it as well as the release notes), so you can decide if you want it.

Since the name of the image is the same, you dont have to perform any CLI configuration, just replace the file as shown here.

After the file is replaced, reboot the SPA525G and with tftp event debugging (as I am showing) you can confirm it works.
