Troubleshooting the Factory Reset
Factory Reset through IVR(Interactive Voice Response)
Step 1. The best way to perform a factory reset is first to connect a phone to the SPA3102.
Step 2. Dial **** to access the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menu.
Step 3. Dial 73738.
Factory Reset through Hyper terminal
A scenario might occur when it is unable to access the IVR menu through phone.
To Troubleshoot this scenario and to perform factory reset, use the Hyper terminal to negotiate the IVR menu.
Step 1. Connect the SPA112 on hyper terminal through the computer.
