Customer End User Quick Reference Cards

Two sided documents that are generally printed and folded to provide a ready reference to users of the UC500 system.

  • UC500 Telephony and Messaging System Quick Reference Cards provide a summary of the information included in the IP Phone, Voice Mail Telephony User Interface and Voice Mail Graphical User Interface quick reference cards in a single two sided document.  Use either of these documents, or the separate product quick reference cards below as required.

Advanced System Administration Guides

The following guides require access to and use of system command line interfaces.  In general, Cisco Configuration Agent should be used to configure the UC500.  Some more advanced features may, however, require the use of the following guides - please seek assistance before using the command line interface if you are unsure.
