I am sure everyone knows you can do click to dial using UCC Personal Communicator on your PC, from Outlook COntacts, or from IE when you click the little Highlighter icon that is placed on IE toolbar when UCC installs....
But did you know if you are reading an email, and it has a text telephone number included, you can highlight the number with your mouse, click the Left COntrol key twice and then click the number, and UCC will dial it for you? I just tried it and it works.
