Objective
This document describes how to navigate to the Events page in order to inspect any new or old events that occur.

Instructions
You must be logged in to Cisco OnPlus Portal and be able to select the desired customer's network.
Step 1. Select the Events tab on the top of the screen.
Step 2. The default Severity is set to Notice.
•You can change the Severity level to one of several choices. Note, you will still be able to see messages from higher severity levels from lower severity levels. However, you will not be able to see messages from lower severity levels from higher severity levels.
Step 3. Events will populate in the chart below, which provides the Date, Severity, Event Type, Message and Device.
•A devices MAC address will appear under the Device column, clicking on the MAC address will allow you to view the device details of that specific device.
Step 4. Click Refresh to repopulate the chart with the newest events.
